Issue Description:
In the Lead module, the Activity Count updates correctly when the Lead Status is changed. However, when activities such as Task, Phone Call, or Follow-up are created, the Activity Count is not updated.

Actual Result:

Lead Status change → Activity Count updates correctly.
Task / Phone Call / Follow-up → Activity Count does not increase.

Expected Result:
Activity Count should be updated correctly whenever a new Task, Phone Call, Follow-up, or other activity is added to the Lead.
